4 Creator/Client Collaborations we co-ordinated in 2022

User-generated content (also known as UGC or consumer-generated content) is original, brand-specific content created by customers. Our job as social media managers is to create authentic content for our clients. Making sure that their brand messages are received, relatable and inclusive.

We use Namibian creators for UGC. We especially use creators who already consume our client brands or create content on our clients’ respective subjects.

Here are some Creator/Collaborations we’ve coordinated since the inception of our list:


The Red Shelf & Chante (@chante.jenae)

We wanted to showcase and bring the message across that buying pre-loved fashion was the way to go. So we partnered with a sustainable fashion content creator to bring this forward by asking her to visit the store and put together outfits that she would wear.

The reel got 96 likes, 13 comments and is the most viewed reel on The Red Shelf’s page at the moment with 4000 views. Watch it here


Blushing Lilies & Sasha (@yxng_txng)

Our client was launching a brand new store in Ongwediva and we wanted a little more awareness about the opening of the store so we rushed over to our list as part of our strategy to find a northen based creator. We found Sasha, and with her were able to let a lot of people know that there was a new flower shop in town.

Her video had over 400 likes, 8 comments and over 18.1 Thousand views. Watch here.

LaCoastal Guesthouse & Josephina (@kayosophina)

We don’t have the luxury of travelling every other week to create content for our out-of-town clients, which is the main reason we created the list. So we love finding creators who can bring our vision to life. That’s what Josephina did when we asked her to document a stay at LaCoastal Guesthouse.

Namibian Arts Association & Loini (@6loini)

Our clients want to encourage more people to visit their gallery and support local artists so we asked Loini to visit one of the opening nights at the NAA and document her experience to her following.

The Instagram Reel got over 1000 likes, 8 comments and 9774 views. Watch here
