Approving our proposal is the first step toward building a solid social media presence. But contrary to what some may think, we don’t start posting right away. Instead, this is where the groundwork begins—an essential part of our process that sets the tone for a successful partnership.
How Did We Get Here?
If you’re wondering what proposal we’re referring to, let’s rewind a bit.
When you first reach out to us for social media management, we ask you to fill out a form. This helps us understand your business, your goals, and what you're looking for. If your submission aligns with our expertise and capacity, we’ll invite you to a FREE discovery call to dive deeper into your needs.
However, in some cases, we may send a regretful email instead. This might happen if:
We’re already managing a similar business and want to avoid conflicts of interest.
Our current capacity doesn’t allow us to take on new clients.
Your business model doesn’t align with our approach.
The details in your form were too vague for us to assess your needs properly.
That’s why it’s crucial to provide as much information as possible when filling out the form!
The Proposal & Agreement
During the discovery call, we get to know your business better—your challenges, your goals, and how we can help. Based on that, we put together a detailed proposal outlining our strategy, services, and pricing.
If you approve the proposal, we send over a formal agreement for you to sign. Once we receive the signed document, we officially kick off the onboarding process!
The Onboarding Process
Here’s what happens next:
Strategy Formulation – We refine and finalise your social media strategy.
Access & Documentation – You’re added to your dedicated social media document, where you can share business details, keynotes, and login credentials securely.
Project Setup – Your account is created as a project in our project management tool (Asana).
Social Media Calendar Base – We set up the foundation for your content calendar on Airtable.
Team Assignment – You’re assigned a dedicated Social Media Manager, Designer, and Producer who will handle your content.
Communication Setup – We create a WhatsApp group to ensure seamless communication between your team and ours.
Content Creation & Execution
Once the admin work is complete, the real fun begins!
Building the Calendar – Your Social Media Manager uses the strategy as a guide to structure your content plan.
Task Assignments – The creative team (designers, videographers, copywriters) is assigned tasks to bring the content to life.
Content Creation – Graphics, videos, and captions are crafted and uploaded into the calendar.
Client Approval – You review the content and request revisions if needed.
Scheduling & Publishing – Once everything is approved, we schedule your posts for publication!
From here, we continue optimising, analysing, and refining your social media strategy to ensure ongoing success.
