Social Media Manager!

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and lead the charge in developing and executing strategic social media campaigns for our clients. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of brands, from startups to established companies, across various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client's unique goals, target audience, and brand identity.

  • Manage day-to-day social media operations for multiple client accounts, including publishing, community management, and performance tracking.

  • Conceptualise engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and ads, that align with client objectives and resonate with their audience and work closely with production to bring it to life.

  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage brand reputation.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including designers, copywriters, and account managers, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.

  • Analyse campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for optimisation.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing, and share knowledge and insights with the team.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management.

  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and delivering successful social media campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from data to drive decision-making.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is an added advantage
